Ripple edit tool not available

Hello, I can't stretch any clip in the timeline anymore since the Ripple edit tool not available anymore. No matter what clip I try to edit, this tool is grey out. Can you give me a hint please?

You also need to select the clip.

For stretching a clip you need to select the stretch tool (tool bar) and not ripple edit tool.

You need to grab the edge.

You also need to select the clip.
