Rotate video

I have created a video on premier pro that is landscape. I wanted to rotate the entire clip to portrait and then export it. I do not want the clips to be in portrait, i know hwo to do that. I just wanted the rotate the entire video propr to export. Is this possible. What I am doing now is exporting the video and using my phone to rotate the clip. Is there a way to make premier pro rotate the entire clip and then export it?

    Create a new sequence iwith the portrait dimensions desired.

    Drag the landscape sequence into the portrait sequence.

    Select all the clips in the portrait sequence and use the Motion Property in the Effects Control Panel to rotate the clips.

    Export the portrait sequence.
