does it have inbuilt royalty free music . if yes where do i access in premeier pro and can i put on youtube?

Hi @hardcore_gamer29 ,

Like any other NLE, it does not come with content, the program is intended to non-linearily edit content from multiple sources.

Adobe does offer a large resource of stock material on stock.adobe.com. Like @Richard M Knight suggested, there are a number of free resources to be found online.
