S-Log color space issues
Hi. Have a problem that I have searched and searched for, but can't find the fix. I have a project that is using footage from both Sony and Canon cameras. Sony was shot on an FX3 in S-log and Canon on the C70 in C-log. However, in the properties for both once I bring them in the project, the color space says Rec.709, but images still look flat and "LOG". When I override the Canon clips to Canon Log-3/Cinema Gamut (via modify>color) it looks ok, but source window and timeline are slightly different. But when I do this to the Sony clips to Sony S-Log3/S-Gamut3.cine, they look horrible. Way over saturated and contrasty. I'v tried other Sony Luts, and also tried adding via lumetri color in both input and creative. I've toggled Auto Detect Log Video Color Space in Project Properties and also toggled the Display Color Management in Settings>Color. None of this has worked. What am I doing wrong here?
Also, here is the color data from the XML file of the Sony footage:
