Saturated Audio from clip just when file is in Premiere

I've imported an mp4 file downloaded from youtube to my proyect in Premiere Pro CC 17 and it sounds as if the audio were saturated, but in my PC its sounds okay. What can i do to fix it? Im in a hurry, someone please???

Problem solved! It was the Mp4 file which was not good quality enough as the .mov file that i end using. Thanks to all!!

But the real video downloaded its sound okay, without saturation.

I have that clip peaking at about -20db is that how you made it?

Thanks for the answer, but i couldnt solved it that way. There is a problem with those tracks while importing to Premiere cause I can put up or down the horizontal line or charge the audio levels from the track mixter and still listen to de audio as saturated. Is like if Premiere would change something we the clip when importing the file.

Try setting the input of the audio hardware in the Preferences to none.

Open the Audio Track Mixer panel, find the track of the saturated audio that is in your timeline and lower the volume with the fader.

breathe in deeply and blow breathe out with pursed lips. Do that several times, and you will find it soothes you and lessens the 'panic'.

there is a horizontal line through audio track that can adjust 'volume' ( or gain ). Move the line DOWN a little bit and see if the saturation is to your liking.

OR use the audio levels controls to move the audio to where you want .
