Says very low on system memory and wont load

Ive had this issue on various projects and can't use the program.

First I tried upgrading the main memory from 16gb to 32gb but the problemb still existed.

Now ive just upgraded the graphics card to the ge force gtx 3060 from the 2060. That also increased the graphics card from 6gb to 12gb but i still have the issue.

Can anyone help please.

I've solved the issue by putting virtual memory in system from paging to system managed. That let's the PC manage the memory on the drives.
