When using Scene Edit Detection, the cuts all stay on the same layer when cutted up. Ive got 4 shots in total in this video, is there a possibility that I can "tell" Premiere pro to put the different cuts on different layers? Maybe theres any plugins that I dont know about? I cant find anyting about it. If there is an option to do this please tell me because it will save me literally hours of work! Thanks for your time!
Simple answer, no, there's no way to automate that.
Long answer, with a combination of a few shortcuts, you can achieve that manually and quickly. In the Sequence menu, make sure "Selection follows playhead" is turned on. On your timeline, move from cut to cut with the down arrow, the clip will be automatically selected, and with the ALT + Up Arrow move the selected clip to the desired track.
