Screen flikers only in Premiere Pro

Hi all,

 

I have an issue with all of a classroom. The screen flickers on and off only on Premiere. Check drivers and they're the latest. 

Intel UHD Graphics 630 - Version 31.0101.2115

Premiere Pro - Version 24.1.0 (Build 85)

 

Already try 2 solutions found here in foruns:

Tried: Undock the video preview panel and use high performance GPU. No luck!

 

Is it a known problem? Is there any solution?

    Hey,

    Sorry for the poor experience. Will it be possible for you to share a screen recording of the problem? Please also share your complete system specifications (OS, OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM). You mentioned an integrated GPU (Intel UHD Graphics 630), do you also have a discreet graphics card? Are you having this issue with a specific media or project? You can also try updating to Premiere Pro 24.3 and check if that helps. This information will help us better understand the problem.
