Hello everyone i seem to having a issue when i screen record with my windows screen recording but when it to adobe pro and add it to videos on my timeline it becomes grainy and bad quality. Did try to use handbrake to transcode it from VF to CF and that did not solve the issue. I will include some images and if you have tips i would appreicaate it.

Your recording is 1008 X 780 pixels.

If your sequence is larger than that and/or your monitor resolution is larger than that, it will be poor quality.

How would i go about fixing it? Do i change the screen recording size in adobe to match the sequence? If so how do i change sequence size?

What will you be using the exported file for? How will it be viewed?

The screen recording should be the same size as the sequence and the same size that you will export from Premiere Pro for the best results.
