Second mp4 file video not importing

I've recently updated Premire Pro, and ever since the second video file I import doesn't have working video. It's not native to the file, as I tried importing them in a different order, and it's always the second file I upload that has the problem. When I drag & drop in my timeline board, its just audio thats get import.

 

Kindly help us asap.

The most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor. Then drag/insert into timeline.
