Hello,

I bought some titles and installed them into PP.  All good.

How do I see the animation effect in these titles please instead of just a static image of them?  I get it that I can just darg to timeline and view but would be good if we could see them play when hover over, just like can see the clip when hover over the project media files.

Really enjoying using PP after my initial troubles.  It is excellent.

Stephen

If it's an Ae mogrt, those do not support animated thumbnails.

It it's a Pr mogrt... Animated mogrt thumbnails is a feature which was added after the initial release of Pr Graphics. So if you don't see any animation, my guess is that it is whoever made the pr mogrt was either using an earlier release of Pr (like 11.1) or else they intentionally turned off animated thumbnails art the time of export for some reason. If you really want to know, post the mogrt and there are people on here who can probably help you look into the pr mogrt file itself and see what kind of thumbnail it has.

Thanks folks.  Categorically, the titles I bought do not animate, even if I hover around at the very beginning or end of the icon in the Graphics panel as shown.  Indeed, some of the stock ones provided by Adobe in PP *do* animate and some others don't.

To be honest it isn't a massive issue, I just wondered if I was doing something wrong as a I am on my PP learning curve.

The explanation they were perhaps  developed in an older version, or in AE sounds plausible since these titles are available as an AE option so i wondered if they were ported from AE and have lost their animate function?  Possibly.

Anyway, it is not a big issue and thanks for the replies.

I can definitely hover scrub some downloaded MOGRTs. Sometimes the point of animation will be only shown at the very beginning of the clip (the far left hand side of the thumbnail) or the very end (the far right hand side):

Please post link to these titles.

If they are indeed animated (mogrt) you can hover (from left to right) over them in the Ess Graphics window.
