Selector 9, Error code 4

Hey I need help, so I recently made the switch from filmora to premiere and its been rough. Mostly this has been driving me crazy low playback performance and not being able to render frames at all due to this error can someone please help me. I tried changing the cashe locations but to no avail.

Sorry about the issue. Are you seeing Error compiling movie? If so, can you check some methods mentioned here? https://helpx.adobe.com/in/premiere-pro/kb/error-compiling-movie-rendering-or.html

Please share a screenshot of the error as well.

This is my first project so i have no clue whats going on

and i looked at the methods listed none of them are really relevant for me

Hey I fixed it for the most part but is it possible for it to not randomly stutter during playback? It does it like 2 times for very brief instansences, its not as bad as not rendering it but could be a problem for doing things like keyframes
