Sequence gone from Project

My PC crashed during and export

I had been playing Media Player during the export which I think caused the PC to crash

When I got the PC back on and opened the Project the sequence I was working on was not even there at al!!

This was 3-4 hours of work editing... if there is any way to recover it please let me know... i can't find the sequence anywhere in my files

Under Project settings, you will find the settings for Autosave.

Hopefully you had it turned on.

If you saved the project prior to the export/crash you can type sequence in the find box in the Project panel. This will filter out all sequences in your project. If you find it, double click on it to open it.

If you not saved the project it´s gone unless you can open any auto-saved verison of the project.

How do I try and open an auto-saved version of the sequence or project?

i did the FIND and it is gone... I did save it dozens of times so this is perplexing... never seen this happen before
