Sequence settings

Im new to Pr, I made one successful video and uploaded to YouTube. I worked hard on two more videos but screwed up some where in the beginning or at exporting. Is there anyway I can FIX these two videos? I know there are problems since the 15 minute videos are taking several hours to export/upload. Can I change sequence settings and fix these videos?

You need to share what you're trying to do: do you get the sequence settings wrong, and you need to adjust after the fact? It's possible to "start over" but depending on what needs to be changed it may involve a bit of work. Please share your current sequence settings and then what you're trying to change them to.
