Shared Libraries disabled

My team uses the Essential Graphics panel to share motion graphics templates from the mograph team working in AE to the editing team working in PR. This workflow has been a great improvement since we started using it. However recently my organization switched to an Enterprise account with Adobe. Now when we sign it to our CC account it ports us to our SSO and then into Creative Cloud. Anyway, as soon as this switch happened we noticed that we lost the Shared Libraries functionality. We are using the 2017.1.2 release of PR.

Also noticed that since we are on Enterprise we no longer get support, only the forums. You would think that if anyone was going to get live support it would be Enterprise accounts! Anyway, maybe someone knows what's happening?
