Sharpen tool not exporting with video

Some of the video I shot is a tad out of focus. I used the sharpen tool and put it up to 100. The video looks great in Adobe Premiere, but when I export the video, it looks grainy and out of focus. I am exporting in H.264 as a mp4 with a custom preset. Can anyone help with telling my why the sharpening tool is not working with the exported video?

    Have you resolved the issue? As stated by Ann Bens, please share us more information. FAQ: What information should I provide when asking a question on this forum?

    Have you tried changing the renderer in project settings & export?

    Which Sharpen tool. The standale one or the one in the Lumetri effect.

    Which Pr build are you using.

    Post a screenshot of your export settings.

    When a sharpen effect is pushed to the limit it can produce artifacts.
