Shutter Encoder for Premiere Pro

Hey, so I'm converting a mp4 file with Variable Frame Rate through Shutter Encoder to get a Constant Frame Rate. In the Shutter Encoder software, I'm wondering what output encoder to use in order to not get the audio delay I have experienced with the VFM. Will simply exporting to H.264 work and convert the file to CFM or do I have to pick another format?

I like Ishan's comment regards ProRes. I use the LT flavor, it's plenty good for my purposes and the comprimise with disk space is right from me. Try a few of them on a small export and see what you come up with.

    Hey jardiss,

    Welcome to the community! Yes, as far as the frame rate is constant, you shouldn't have any issues with the H.264 codec. Prores is a good option if you wish to edit the video. The exported file size will be larger than H.264 but will take comparatively less processing power while editing. You can find Apple Prores in the Editing codecs section of the Choose Function drop-down menu.
