Slider on premier pro timeline not select the track M2 max

hi I have the MacBook Pro with the M1 chip, and the Premier timeline works well with its limitations off course .

On my new m2 max the timeline slider does not select the tracks.

Playhead follows selection needs to be turned on. Tracks need to be targeted.
