Slovak subtitles don't appear special characters in Premiere

Hello, we try to import Slovak subtitles srt into Premiere, but special characters in our language don't appear. We browsed many forums to find an answear, we tried UTF-8, UTF whatever, nothing works. My CC is located in Slovakia obviously so it is the reason for bigger surprise that this language is not supported. Please help us, we have a deadline tomorrow morning. Thanks
