Slower frame rate clips now not showing correctly with Premiere 2023

These clips played just fine before I updated Premiere. Now they are distorted like this and the green box appears. They appear this way in the source viewer as well. Is there any solution for this?

If NVIDIA, the 528.24 Studio Driver has bug fixes:

Do a Clean Installation (choose Custom).
