I want to create a video that has a still image and sound (dialog). I want to key over a sound waveform of the dialog to give the still image some motion.
Does Premiere have this ability?
Thanks for the question. I think I know what you want to do. It is not available in Premiere Pro but is possible in After Effects. In fact, it's a very popular effect in AE.
