Source Timecode In Timeline/Sequence

Explorer ,
Jan 28, 2017 Jan 28, 2017

PPro 2017 11.0 OSX 10.11.6

I need to have the camera source timecode in my timeline for each video clip.  I will color correct each clip, export to editing facility, but the timecode in the PPro timeline must match the source when I export.  Creative director took t/c notes during shoot and for his paper edit the t/c must match

(I am also exporting a lo-res compression with a t/c window burn - I know I can export my clips directly for that BUT I don't want him seeing the log footage from my FS7)  I know I can export clips with the lumetri preset I've created, however I need to set and mix audio levels on each clip - as well as export the B camera clips with synced audio.

I'm trying to change Preferences>Media>Timecode>"Match Source" Frame Count>"Timecode Conversion"  I have a feeling this will correct my situation - HOWEVER, I cannot save those new Preferences.  OK highlights but does not save my changes!

Thank you
