Spacebar triggers bypass in Premiere

Most of the time you use the spacebar to playback anything.

Limit the spacebar to only do this function.

Now it also triggers buttons in effects which you don't want!

steps to repro

drag an audio effect on a clip in the timeline

open the effect in effectscontrol window

click with mouse on bypass

hit spacebar to playback

expected playback

result

activate/deactivate bypass
