Speech to text Caption Generation "Tamil" Language not available

Hi am trying to create English captions for a Video which is in Tamil language. But Premiere Pro auto caption allows only few languages like English, spanish, russian, chinese, hindi to be transcribed to English. How do I transcribe tamil language as it is not available in the list. Is there a way I can download and bring it into premiere pro for the purpose of creating caption?
