spot audio to precise time in timeline

Hi, how do I spot the audio ,in this case a bwf  file to the specific time like in pro tools reaper logic etc... usually called "spot to original time stamp"  like i want to put my new audio re recorded file at 2 hrs 33' 54" etc...?

Do you mean place the clip at a specific point in the timline/sequence? If so, click on the Timecode in the Timeline panel ... tap 2335400, for 2 hr 33 min 00 frames. The CTI/playhead jumps to that point. Hit 'insert' with the audio selected in the bin and a track source target set, and it pops onto the sequence.

actually on the same subject...is there a way to benefit from the BWF file info/metadata directly in Premiere....?
