Still images missing from nest. Hyperlapse edit

I am attempting to create a Hyperlapse.

I have stills I took and placed them in a Nest. I applied Warp Stabilizer. I've noticed that 2 frames have gone missing when viewing them on the Nest's timeline. When viewing inside the nest all frames are there. 

Is it possible that Warp Stabilizer takes out stills that may appear to be repeated. I also just updated Premiere Pro 24.0.0

I did notice that when I changed the interpolation to "Optical Flow" the frames came back but it made all the images look mushy.

Screenshot 1 shows at 00;00;19 a different frame from Screenshot 2.

I need this Still specifically because I used this one to isolate the letters in Ps for when I animate them in AE. So yeah kind of a bummy coincidence this image disappeared in the nest.
