Hi,

I'm making a film from still images. The sequence is set to custom 4592 x 3448 pixel (same as the images size). When I export  the film and view it each image is blurry when it start playing  before it turns sharp. Why does this happen? What am I doing wrong? (I'm not using any transitions).

Would love som help!

Framerate depends on were you live.

30 and 60 are American framerates: 25 and 50 European.

I would go for 50/60.

AVCHD is fine.

Most likely the projector will be HD as in 1920x1080.

So start with a 1080p sequence.

I read somewhere that the best was to customize the sequence setting to the image format as i don't what any "empty space" around the images.

You cannot have both as camera images are rearly 16:9: fill the entire frame but you will lose parts of the image.

Thanks! I'll try. However I'm still not all clear what sequence to choose. Does the frame rate matter for the output quality?  Could I for example choose AVCHD 1080p25 or should I go with 30 or 50?

Its going to be a projection, so best possible quality. I read somewhere that the best was to customize the sequence setting to the image format as i don't what any "empty space" around the images. There so many formats to choose from so completely lost if I should choose AVCHD, DV, HDV......

Might want to make the sequence the same settings as final movie: e.g. 2160p or 1080p.

So if i make a new sequence and copy the images there, what sequence settings do you recommend? The images are not in 16:9 format?
