'Stitching' multiple videos width ways for video wall

Looking to figure out how to make a video file for a 3 wide video wall, each of the 3 displays is 1920x1080. I have 3 video files I want to 'stitch' together widthways to make a 5760x1080 video to play on the video wall. I have an older version of premiere, and if necessary I can look at getting a newer version.

I don't know what version you have or what limitations it has...but in 15.4.1 (latest) you can create a 5760x1080 sequence. You can then stack your 3 clips on 3 video layers and move them left and right to fill out the width of your sequence.

Ok, are you able to create a sequence at that resolution?

My next question is how do I export this? Which format would be best, I was thinking MP4 but I cant see how I can keep the resolution
