Straighten a crooked horizon

I'm brand new to Premiere but hoping to fix a problem I have with drone footage I shot that is crooked. It was a one time shot in a hurry and the camera started really crooked but slowly over the first couple minutes levels out. It's not a constant angle. I tried warp stabilization but it failed and I'm not sure that is the best way to fix it or if I had the settings right.

I'm hoping someone can recommend a way to fix it or point me to a tutorial so I can salvage as much as possible. I haven't been able to find a fix for this specific situation.

Video was shot at 4K 30fps on a P4P.

You can modify the rotation of the clip. Click the clip to highlight it, and in the Effects Controls panel, you'll see Rotation. Rotate the clip until the horizon is level. Then using scale, increase it slightly to keep your video to filling the frame around the edges. Don't go too far on the scale as you will start to loose some quality the more you go.

You may want to have a look at the Horizon Fixer extension (https://vakago-tools.com/horizon-fixer-extension).

It makes the horizon stabilization process pretty simple. You can get it from Adobe's marketplace: Horizon Fixer Extension
