Stuck on this screen

Hello does anyone know a fix for this? I load up a project, able to find the media and all that and when it is meant to show up the project it gets stuck on this screen, i cannot click on the options at the top. I have reinstalled premiere pro but this issue still persists! it is only doing on this project as when i open other projects theose open no issues. any help much appreciated
