Studio reverb doesn‘t work on audio track mixer

The reverb doesn't continue even if the playhead is moving and there is still a video. Als when I custumize the reverb when I double click again it is back to default mode.

did you try to reset the preferences?

and what version of premiere pro do yo have? what are your system specs?

Could you share a screenshot of your application window? That might help us understand what's going on with the Studio Reverb in the Audio Track Mixer.
