Stuttering play back due to logitech wireless heaadset

I am editing a video, but the playback is stuttering continuously when clicking play.

When I remove the Logitech wireless dongle, the stuttering stops.

Has anyone else had the same issue?

In Premiere Pro, go to Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Default Input to None. Try that and see how it works.

Hi

The dongle is not for storage; it is the wireless dongle for my Logitech headset.

It works if I remove it, but then I do not hear any music or sound, therefore, I have to render to hear if the music works or not.

I have checked other clips that have not been recorded by drone or game recording, and they are now the same.

This is only a recent problem, and nothing has changed regarding hardware.

Hi @17686599

Sorry about the sound issues with your headset. I know that Logitech had some conflicts with their webcam software and Premiere Pro. Maybe it is related. Does the issue happen with other headsets? If you have a different one, that a try and report back.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi @ELLIS33170111t9ed,

Can you try updating its software?

Thanks,
Kevin
