Synchronization Not Working - Premiere Gets Stuck "Processing Audio"

Recently purchased a new iMac I and installed the latest version of Premiere, but I haven't been able to use the synchronization function for a single project. It will "Process 1,2 of 2..." - the progress bar will move, but as soon as it switches to "Processing 2 of 2..." the progress bar freezes and doesn't move. This is happening on all of my different projects. I've tried changing the track channel in the Synchronize Clips menu but nothing is working. Help, pretty please. If you need additional information let me know!

Hi billyl95157331,

Sorry to hear about this. What is the length of the audio clip that you are syncing? Also, is this happening while syncing any specific set of media files, or is it happening with all of them?

Thanks,

Sumeet

I am having the exact same issue running on a brand new Mac Studio and have even shortened the clips to less than a minute to see if it will help but nothing. Surely there is something I am missing here,
