Synchronize->Clip Marker grayed out

I'm running Premier Pro 2020 on a Windows 10 machine.

I placed markers on two clips.  I select all, right click, select Synchronize, but the Clip Marker option is grayed out.

I assume I'm missing something simple.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I'm sensing there's a difference between Sequence Markers and Clip Markers.
I played each clip and hit "M" at the point where I wanted to synchronize.
What do I need to do to create the clip marker?
That must be what I'm doing wrong.

You need to set markers on the clips.

Open clip in source monitor and hit M this will place a clip marker on the clip. Do the same for the second clip.

One other important point - ensure that you do not have any in/out points on either of the clips, if you're trying to make a multicamera source sequence from your bins.  My issue was that I had an in point that was set AFTER my marker on one of my clips.

Markers should be unnamed.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I've tried named and unnamed, but get the same result.
I've attached a screen shot if that helps.
