System always gets stuck on the progress bar when trying to use tracking. Every time.

Every since I learned how to use tracking a week ago, I have not once been able to use it. 

The system always gets stuck on the progress bar when trying to process it. 

In addition, I've noticed that lately the system has been giving me issues when trying to process speach enhancement. Usually it works great, but recently in the last couple weeks, I press it and it gets stuck at 0%

Any insight to resolve these 2 potentially related issues would be greatly appreciated.
