Since your laptop currently meets the minimum requirement of a 6th-Generation or newer Intel CPU (your CPU is exactly a 6th-Generation CPU), it is highly likely that the OEM of your laptop uses an OEM-customized version of the Intel HD Graphics drivers that have not been sufficiently updated by the OEM itself (Alienware, in this case) in more than a year. According to the Dell Web site, the most recent OEM-specific Intel driver for your CPU dated all the way back to March of 2017! That's way too old for even Premiere Pro 2019, let alone Premiere Pro 2020. And because the drivers and firmware are OEM-specific, getting even Intel's own "generic" driver for 6th- and newer-generation CPUs to install at all on your laptop is very tricky: You MUST completely uninstall all traces of the old, OEM-specific driver (with the laptop temporarily disconnected from the Internet), and then after rebooting, do not reconnect to the Internet yet. Then, run the setup program for the new Intel driver, and then after rebooting a second time, reconnect to the Internet.

Oh wow. okay thank you i appreciate it. I'm not tech savy on how computers work in the inside. How do i trace all the old OEM specific drivers and delete them?

i tried to download the latest version of the Intel Graphics-Windows 10 DCH Drivers on Intels website. i saved it and when i ran it it gave me this error message: "The Driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer."

Am i just supposed to save the driver in my hardrive and then follow the steps to uninstall the current 530 driver?

Yes.
