Tentacle Sync and Premiere " PC Version"

Hello Everyone.

I am a PC User, I used to sync my Audio Video using PluralEyes Software, To Be Honest, and it did a pretty good job. But it is using Audio To Sync, For Example, Clapping,  but, not the actual Timecode. I recently purchased Tentacle Sync Boxes, and, Downloaded the Tentacle Timecode Tool for PC. It looks like the PC Version does not have the features that Mac has. Technically, I can easily Drag and Drop my Audio and Video into the Tentacle Sync Timecode, Later it generates Timecode, and I can take them into Premiere Timeline, and Sync them using Timecode Not Audio. Here is the Issue:

If i have many clips, for example 15 Audio, and 15 Video Clips, how can i use the Bulk Sync Capabilities In premiere, so the clips are orgenized and not mixed up.
