Text-based editing for .wav file recorded in audition

I've imported a .wav file into Premiere Pro that was initially recorded in Audition, and I want to use the text-based editing feature to speed up my editing process. I've successfully transcribed, and when I highlight the selections I wnt to usse, I am unable move them to the timeline. I've clicked the inset button, and nothing happens...

Clearly trying to workaround the fact that text-based editing isnt available in Audition yet, but I need to make fast edits and am hoping this will work.

Any adivce/tips/tricks??

It looks like you have disabled the "{}" button to set in and out points. If you enable this insert should work.

Best regards,

I believe this is enabled (it's not greyed out), but its not pasting the selected sequence to the timeline...am I missing a step?
