Text Boxes for "Create Project" and "File Name" (For export) are displaced.

Text Boxes for "Create Project" and "File Name" (For export), as well as everywhere else, are all greyed out, with the actual text appearing to be displaced above the text box, and cannot edit the text. Screenshots of issue as well as system specs provided in photos.

Already deleted Media Cache as well as reinstalled Premiere Pro.
