Just chiming in to say I experienced the same issue with Roboto Condensed. Super weird! The 'f'' key specifically made it go haywire. Some other characters appeared blank. I tried turning the ligature setting off, but that didn't help. Switching to a different font did make everything behave normally again, so I have a hunch the problem is specific to certain fonts.
Unfortunately, I needed to use Roboto Condensed and to type some words that have the letter 'f' in them. I ended up moving over to

That's really strange. I would try to put the resolution to full, or switch to software only and see if it solves the issue...

Okay, I did some tests on text, it looks like "fi" is activating "Ligatures", and that this causes drawing problem with your specific font.
We can enable or disable "Ligatures" in Photoshop, but it looks like we can't do that in Premiere Pro. The only solution may be changing the font type in Ppro.

@Chamika24654719i91u try to turn off the "Ligatures" option in the Preferences > Graphics, and see if it works with your specific font.

Unfortunately, I needed to use Roboto Condensed and to type some words that have the letter 'f' in them. I ended up moving over to PS which worked fine, so I think the problem isn't with the font itself, but with PR's handling.
