Text getting cut inside text box

So after the latest update I´ve have some trouble with graphics. If I copy a graphic from one timeline to another, I´m not able to resize it without it being cut on the sides even doh it´s well within the text box. 

Has anyone a solution to this? I´m working on a projects with alot of timelines, so not being able to copy graphics between them is costing me alot of time..
