Text Graphics Not Exporting

I have some text with some effects and I can see them in the program viewer but they don't appear in the export video file for some reason. I have rendered the whole work area and it was saved in previous exports before I added transitions in my video. Does anyone have any advice?

I can't figure out from your post if it's the the text doesn't appear or it's the effects that don't appear?

If it's the effects, there is a global effect mute button, that could turns off effects.
