Text Panel Bugging in Premiere Pro

Editing with 23.5.0 using Productions

System:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10940X CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.31 GHz
64GB Ram

When I use the text panel for text-based editing (selecting text) and have the auto create in and out points option turned on, sometimes the text panel will crash and I just see the same timecode repeated. Closing and reopening the text panel fixes the issue, but it's annoying nonetheless.

For context, my workflow is:

select text -> make cuts at in and out points on timeline -> move clip one track up.

I've also attached screenshots of my timeline, text selection in the text panel, and the error message

Wondering if there's been a fix/if this issue has been seen. I am getting this message frequently, especially after enabling/disabling tracks that have no dialogue and have not been transcribed (i.e. music)

Yes, I see In/Out points in the timeline. I also get this error sometimes - not usually when I select text (via the transcript tab) but not sure if it's related.

I have not seen this, but I have not used braw footage nor your particular workflow. It does sound like a text panel crash.

If you create a simple sequence with one clip, do you see the problem?

The crash occurs upon selection of text in the transcript tab? Do you see the in/out points in the timeline?
