Text to Speech

First test of text-to-speech in Premiere Pro was surprisingly awesome! It was about 98% correct, and that is only because there were a couple of Chinese words mixed in with the English. My question is, can the captions translate from English to Chinese so I can create a second captions file, or do I need to upload the Chinese version?
