The display screen turns into a blank screen, why?

Hi guys
I have a problem with Adobe Premiere 24, which is that the video sometimes disappears from the display screen, turning it into a blank screen, and it does not return to work until after exiting and restarting again.
Please let me know the solution.

    Hi @abdullaa30342860,

    Thanks for the screenshot. It is not obvious as to why you are not seeing picture. We're going to need more info about yoru system and media, if you don't mind. What kind of media? It looks to be H.264. Is it 4K? What about your computer's CPU/GPU/RAM/HD? Let us know, so we can help.
