The Download of Premiere Pro via Creative Cloud is failing

Hi, I just changed my Premiere Rush Plan for a Premiere Pro Plan and the download of Premiere Pro is failing at 1%. It says to retry, but it is still doing the same. I restarted the computer already. Do you have any tip for me? Thank you so much in advance.

Sign out of the cloud, reboot, sign in and try again.

Thank you Ann, but unfortunately, the situation is still the same. Actually it is worse, because I uninstalled Rush, thinking it was creating some troubles, but now, I still cannot install Premiere Pro, and now I cannot install Rush again.
Can you please advise why?
