The HEVC codec has not been activated

I have downloaded the EOS VR plug-in for Adobe Premiere Pro and receive the error message "EOS VR Plugin - The HEVC codec has not been activated" when importing files. How can I activate it?

I have a full version. I logged out, logged in, but always the same, that HEVC codec is not activated. How can I?

There is no HEVC active in the trial version.

Otherwise, sign out of your account, reboot and sign in.

See how that goes.
