I had been working on my project in Adobe Premiere 2023.5 version. When the project encountered this error, I opened it in the 2024 version and exported it in AAF format. Then, I reopened it in the 2023.5 version, and the problem was mostly resolved, with only minor timeline discrepancies remaining.
