The requested file could not be imported

So what happened is i had already imported some MPEG-4 Movie files (DJI Drone footage) and edited all of the clips already, but now they show up as media pending.

So i tried to import them again on a new sequence and a new project and it tells me that the requested file can not be imported?

So confused what happened cause. they were perfecly fine in Premiere but now they arent working.

Any suggestions?
