the vidoe jumpes when im seeying it on "program" window

the videos on the source window seem just fine, but when I'm poting it in the timeline, it goes jumping and is not smooth.

Maybe I need to change the frame rate? something is not right?

I'm editing for Instagram reel so if you have eny settings suggestions I would love to hear!

Please try rendering if it has a red line above the file in the timeline. Simply press return and let the render process complete.
